Called on a Saturday afternoon and spoke to Mr. Duckett. He said he would get to us as soon as he could. It seemed to be a minor leak so we didn't have to cut our water off. Due to several calls with homes with no water I was told I would be first on list Sunday morning. Sunday I got a call from technician Robert Threatt that he was on his way. He said he was 45 min. away. Promptly at 10:15 he arrived. He had to cut several holes to find our problem. This wasn't a concern though as all the areas had water damage. He found the problem and it was fixed in 20 minutes. Robert was courteous and cleaned up. The price was unbelievable for coming out on a Sunday. I wanted to remove a dishwasher from our house that always had a foul odor lingering in it. I called Duckett Plumbing as I had used them for other issues. Michael Mitford arrived and after an inspection that lasted 2 minutes he informed me that the dishwasher drain was improperly routed and drain water was seeping back in the dishwasher tub. Michael had to endure some of the foulest smelling water that was trapped inside of the dishwasher but faced the situation with a smile and a positive attitude. His knowledge and professionalism helped make a tough job complete with a full clean up after finishing.
